GARAGE
At Donner Gardens there is a parking garage for 100 vehicles. There are two types of parking spaces available to shareholders and non-shareholders at different rates.
The single spaces are only available to shareholders for $196 per month.
The tandem spaces, where coordination is needed with the neighboring parking space holder, is available for $140 per month to shareholders and $240 per month for non-shareholders. Shareholders who apply for a 2nd parking space will be charged $240. Motorcycle parking is also available for $116 per month. Guest parking is available at $50 per day.

BIKE STORAGE
Bicycle storage is available on the premises for a fee of $120 per year. To request a space or to be placed on our waiting list, please contact our property manager Cody Masino at cmasino@davidassociates.biz.
STORAGE UNITS
Storage units are available for rental to shareholders and non-shareholders. They are located in the basement and come in two different sizes.
The smaller unit is approximately 4ft wide x 6ft deep x 7ft high, and is available for $68/month. The larger unit, is approximately 4ft wide x 7ft deep x 7ft high and is available for $78/month.
The storage units are managed by Bargold Storage Systems and there is currently a waitlist. Should you wish to rent a unit or to be placed on the waitlist, contact Bargold Storage Systems directly at (718) 247-7000 ext. 501 or email them at: support@bargold.com.
LAUNDRY ROOM
There are two laundry rooms available at Donner Gardens. One is located on the 81st Street side and the other on the 82nd Street side. Laundry room hours are from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM with the last wash at 8:00 PM. Front-loading washers are available in multiple capacities. Front-loading single-load dryers are also on site. Rechargeable cards to operate the machines are provided on site by CSC service works.

At Donner Gardens you can now open and manage the building’s doors from your smartphone using the ButterflyMX property access system. You can receive video calls, unlock the door & gates remotely, and provide managed access for delivery people and service providers. Now, you'll always know who you're letting into your property no matter where you are in the world.

AMAZON HUB LOCKERS
To combat theft of delivery packages, residents who purchase items from Amazon.com can have them sent to the building’s Hub Locker for better security.
The lockers are located in the basement and you must own a smartphone and download the Amazon app in order for this service to work for you.
Utilizing the Hub locker is more secure and is also video recordered. The Hub Locker will be accessible everyday from 7am to 10pm.

courtyards
At Donner Gardens residents have access to two private and peaceful, outdoor courtyards. Both spaces include tables and seating.
The areas are managed by the building’s Garden Committee and are welcoming to the building’s pets with certain restrictions, which you can read about here.
We ask that visitors be courteous and respectful of the areas so that it remains an enjoyable space for everyone who uses it. Please help maintain these areas by keeping them clean.
PARTY ROOM
There is a Party Room available for rental in the basement of 3316 82nd Street. There are shareholder and non-shareholder rates available. Please contact our property manager to make your reservations.
